ARCIT's Executive Director, Donna Chatham, went to Washington D.C. in late February to work with the Texas Delegation regarding affordable housing and economic development issues.  "The time working with the Texas Delegation was productive and ARCIT looks forward to being their rural resource in the future," Chatham stated.  Of timely importance is the passage of a National Affordable Housing Trust Fund (SB 2523).  To read excerpts of a recent letter from ARCIT urging Senators Hutchison and Cornyn to co-sponsor Senate Bill 2523, click
