ARCIT’s Policy and Program Advisory Committees
In order to provide a rural local official perspective, ARCIT formed Advisory Committees in the areas of community development, economic development and environmental challenges. The committees are made up of ARCIT members who volunteer their time to serve, at a minimum, once a quarter on the committee. The committees meet in Austin with state staff and officials regarding rural policies and programs.
